Courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately. 3. Operate switchboard and training others for relief purposes. 4. Answer telephones and determine the nature of the call and direct the calls to the appropriate individual or department. 5. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls. 6.
