Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $50 - $60 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Function: Review flagged electronic communications (electronic only, no voice) for potential risk indicators, including complaints, inappropriate sharing of confidential information, and potential market abuse cases.
- Market focus: Institutional side only; retail communications explicitly excluded.
- AI development support: A secondary component of the role involves reviewing communications to inform Joe Campion's team's AI model development, functioning effectively as an end-user QA/QC layer for AI outputs.
Qualifications: The role requires candidates with institutional markets experience and strong independent judgment in reviewing flagged electronic communications.
- Prior surveillance experience — communications surveillance, trade surveillance, or control room experience strongly preferred.
- Markets experience on the desk, in compliance, or in communications/trade reviews is ideal; acknowledged as the most specific and difficult background to teach.
- Candidates without full markets knowledge are acceptable if they demonstrate strong independent judgment and the ability to identify anomalies even without deep subject matter expertise.
