Position Summary

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency across the organization. This role leads process improvement initiatives, develops performance metrics, supports cross-functional projects, and ensures consistency across departments. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability

• Develop and implement operational best practices

• Standardize workflows across departments

• Identify and implement automation opportunities
\n
• Manage operational projects from planning through execution
\n

Project Management

• Lead and support strategic initiatives
\n
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
\n
• Monitor budgets, milestones, and overall progress
\n
• Report updates to executive leadership
\n
• Identify and resolve operational roadblocks
\n

Process Improvement

\n
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
\n
• Analyze workflows to identify efficiency gains
\n
• Recommend and implement technology enhancements
\n
• Develop scalable, repeatable operational processes
\n

Performance & Reporting

\n
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
\n
• Monitor departmental performance and operational trends
\n
• Analyze data to support decision-making
\n
• Prepare reports and insights for executive leadership
\n
• Assist with strategic planning initiatives
\n

• Assist with audit preparation and execution

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
\n
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project management
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
\n
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
\n
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools
\n
